- Unused, unwashed and unworn
- Unaltered, unstained and unperfumed
- Original tags, packaging and proof of purchase
- Photos or video of the issue when requested
Not eligible: change of mind; sale or clearance items; customized, stitched, altered or made-to-order items; or products damaged after delivery. Minor colour variation caused by screens, lighting or photography is not considered a defect.
Approved refunds are processed after inspection and may take 7 to 14 working days. COD refunds may be issued through bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or store credit after customer verification.
