Return and Exchange Window
Any return or exchange issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this time may not be accepted.
Eligible Cases
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item is defective or damaged.
- The item is incomplete.
- The size delivered is different from the size ordered.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, unstained, unaltered and returned with original tags, packaging and proof of purchase.
Not Eligible
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Customized, stitched, altered or made-to-order items.
- Items damaged after delivery.
- Washed, perfumed, worn, stained or iron-damaged items.
- Minor color variation due to screen, lighting or photography.
Exchange Process
- Contact ZARFINA within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, we will guide you on return pickup or courier process.
- After inspection, exchange or store credit will be processed where applicable.
Courier Charges
If the issue is caused by ZARFINA, we may cover return delivery charges. If an exchange is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for courier charges.
One-Time Exchange
Approved exchanges are normally allowed once per order and are subject to stock availability.
