How do I place an order?
Select your product, choose the available options, add it to cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your correct contact and delivery details to complete the order.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes may be possible before dispatch. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be available.
Can ZARFINA cancel my order?
Yes. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, incomplete details, failed payment, unconfirmed Cash on Delivery order or courier limitations.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations in Pakistan.
Which payment methods are available?
Available options may include Cash on Delivery, card payment, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other payment methods shown at checkout.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Ready stock orders usually take 3 to 7 working days. Remote locations or special items may take longer.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details may be shared after dispatch by SMS, email, WhatsApp or courier notification where available.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted only for eligible cases such as wrong, defective, damaged or incomplete items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchange may be approved for eligible unused items, subject to stock availability and policy conditions.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale, clearance, customized, stitched, altered or special-order items are normally not eligible for return or exchange.

Why does the color look slightly different?
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings and fabric dye lots.
Are unstitched products stitched?
No. Unstitched products are fabric sets unless clearly mentioned otherwise on the product page.
