Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, tracking details may be shared by SMS, email, WhatsApp or courier notification. You can use our tracking page to check your shipment status.
How Order Tracking Works
Order Placed
Your order is received by ZARFINA and enters confirmation.
Order Confirmed
Our team checks your order details, payment method and delivery information.
Order Dispatched
Your parcel is handed over to the courier partner and tracking details are generated.
Order Delivered
The courier delivers your parcel to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time

Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. If our team cannot confirm the order, delivery may be delayed.
